Welcome!  Let's take a few minutes to refresh our understanding of educating the whole person.  We will spend our time together discussing how boys and girls learn differently in the classroom with solutions to create a successful learning environment; Genius Hour, to promote self-directed learning; meditation (mindfulness minute) to take a "brain break" after an intense learning session (but not lose focus or class control); Feng-Shui, to create a place you and your students want to spend time; diffusers, to employ oils to help create focus and concentration or promote calm; etc.

We will also take a look at self care for teachers!

I will provide handouts for 6-12 with state standards.  (These can be modified for elementary students.)  Also, I will Google share my documents, so teachers can access and modify as necessary for ready use.
