How to Survive and Thrive In a Co-Teaching Environment--co-teaching is becoming more and more popular in schools. Technology helps co-teachers integrate multiple contents. Together with my co-teacher, Jake Singleton, we will demonstrate and help teachers to know how to navigate conflicts and collaborate successfully in a co-teaching environment. "Walk aways" will include a list of helpful tips and resources for navigating conflict in a co-working space; a list of helpful online resources for integrating content areas; creating co-teaching norms; and problem solving various real-life scenarios that happen in co-teaching environments. The session will include a presentation as well as whole group and small group discussions.
