Ashley is a fourth grade teacher at Valparaiso Community Schools. She has taught special education, first and fourth grade. She has her Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Purdue University and Masters in School Leadership and Administration from Indiana State University. She was a presenter at last year's EVillage.
